Payroll Analyst

If your profile matches our needs, we may contact you when a relevant position becomes available. **Role Purpose** Manage key activities related of payroll processes, operating day‑to‑day operational tasks. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders. **Tasks and responsibilities** + Collect, review, and consolidate payroll input data for submission to the payroll vendor (including new hires, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, salary adjustments, etc.). + Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate finalized reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Manage payroll queries and ensure timely responses; coordinate with vendors, HR Business Partners, and escalate issues to the Head of Payroll LATAM when necessary. + Collaborate closely with the payroll vendor, HR BPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality payroll operations. + Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices in payroll processing. **Requirements** **Required** + **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in Payroll. + **Advanced English** proficiency. + **Advanced MS Excel** skills (functions, pivot tables, data analysis tools, macros). + **Experience in LATAM countries.** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
