Payroll Analyst
Job Title: Certified Payroll Specialist Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Payroll Specialist to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs). This role requires a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations regarding prevailing wages and fringe benefits. Responsibilities + Process and review Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for accuracy and timeliness. + Ensure payment of prevailing wages and fringe benefits in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Monitor and verify apprenticeship labor hour percentages. + Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with IRA labor mandates. + Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external agencies to resolve wage and classification discrepancies. + Stay current on updates to labor laws, wage determinations, and IRA compliance standards. Essential Skills + Experience in union payroll processing. + Strong knowledge of union, labor, and compliance requirements. + Proficiency in prevailing wage and payroll processing. + Skill in reconciliation and advanced Excel capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in payroll processing with unions. Work Environment Join a dynamic payroll team consisting of 32 members, including two managers. You will be part of the union side of the team, which comprises about 15 people. The work environment is collaborative, and you will report to a senior member of the team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
