\n\t\t\t\t\tThis job contributes to Starbucks success by preparing and inputting payroll data so that partners are paid accurately and on time.\nDaily Responsibilities:\n•\t Cycle Processing\n•\tOn and Off Cycle (and separations) \n•\tCommunication as needed\n•\tValidates understanding of communicated guidance\n•\tIdentifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes\n•\tGuides stakeholders to ensure compliance\n•\tEnsures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team) \n•\tUses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns \n•\tIdentifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise\n\nInteraction level with team:\n•\t Highly interactive with cross functional teams

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
