Exciting opportunity to support a well-known multi-national organization. As a Payroll Analyst, you will contribute to success by preparing and inputting payroll data to ensure that partners are paid accurately and on time.

\"Must-Have\" Skills & Experience

2+ years of full-cycle payroll processingExperience w/ high-volume payroll processing (1000+)Experience w/ garnishments, multi-state, off-cycleSmartsheet proficiencyStrong MS Excel

Nice-to-Haves:

Preferred experience in Federal/State/Local and/or Provincial laborRelevant CertificationsSAP or other HRIS software experience

Daily Responsibilities:

•\t Cycle Processing

•\tOn and Off Cycle (and separations)

•\tCommunication as needed

•\tValidates understanding of communicated guidance

•\tIdentifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes

•\tGuides stakeholders to ensure compliance

•\tEnsures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team)

•\tUses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns

•\tIdentifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise

Work Setting

This is a 12-month contract assignment and is a 100% REMOTE position, open to candidates sitting in PST time zone.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
