Payroll Analyst
Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Our Company:

We are seeking an individual to join our company supporting a health system that has 100,000+ members across the nation with over 1800 sites. Along with experience with payroll, you will have the opportunity to help support our implementation of Workday. We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Analyst with recent experience in payroll and skilled in PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Excel and Peoplesoft to analyze data. Additionally, as the point of contact for employees with payroll queries and issues, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed data analysis and entry using PeopleSoft.Manage and manipulate data sets using Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions and issues, providing empathetic and effective customer service.Support the implementation of Workday, assisting full-time employees during testing phases.Essential SkillsProficiency with PeopleSoft for payroll processing.Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a warm and empathetic experience.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
