Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to efficiently manage payroll operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in collecting timesheets, administering payroll, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. With a workforce of 400 employees, this role requires a proactive approach to handle inquiries related to payroll and provide comprehensive administrative support.

ResponsibilitiesCollect and verify timesheets, ensuring approvals from employees and managers.Administer payroll processes accurately and timely.Ensure all payroll documentation is complete and well-organized.Address and resolve payroll-related questions from employees.Manage 401k files and ensure compliance with regulations.Handle requests from the HR department efficiently.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.Experience managing payroll for 100+ employees.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Effective time management abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in data entry.Experience in administrative support.Work Environment

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm, totaling 20-25 hours weekly. The role involves working with confidential information in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
