​​WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

As a Payroll Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations through administrative coordination and support. You help maintain employee data, assist with payroll-related documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll join our Payroll Team based in Barcelona and work closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, and HR, as well as store teams in Portugal and Spain. You’ll also interact with external partners, ensuring a smooth and compliant payroll process for both markets. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We’re looking for someone with: 

4+ years experience in administrative or payroll support functions in a very dinamic environment

Laubour Administrator or Human Resou course diploma or certificate (desired)   

High attention to detail and discretion when working with sensitive data and information

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. 

Spanish/Portuguese and English (conversational) 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple stakeholders and parallel processes. 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with a proactive and service-minded approach.
