The Position

 The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions. 

The Opportunity:

The PTB Senior Specialist role is part of the People Support Solutions team. The team focuses on payroll, benefits, absence management, customer service, and advisory support to employees, managers, and business partners. The specialist is responsible for executing HR system data maintenance and administrative activities accurately and timely for payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and various local and global benefits. The role contributes to continuous improvement and requires a broad understanding of local HR processes and tools, as well as downstream impacts on employee lifecycle management, finance, procurement, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery:Execute system data maintenance and administrative activities for P&C business processes, including payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits administration.Provide customer service, including inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting related to pay, time, and benefits.Manage, process, and reconcile mass upload files and monitor data flows between Workday and Vendor.Ensure regulatory compliance and operations according to defined KPIs and ServiceNow OKRs.Serve as an expert contact for payroll specialists on more complex inquiries.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:Actively initiate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Proactively identify and troubleshoot payroll/time/benefits issues.Build relationships with P&C colleagues and customers and collaborate with peers regionally and globally.

Who You Are:

Experience: 2-5+ years in payroll services, preferably in a shared service center.

Knowledge: Payroll cycle and processes/benefits operations, Workday P&C processes, deep knowledge of local tax and social insurance, and P&C generalist know-how.

Skills: Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability, advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup), and strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
