As a Senior Product Associate in Commercial Card, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
 Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Contributes to solution discovery through product planning sessions and collaboration to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goalsCollaborates with the product manager to understand, design, and develop various Salesforce functionality against stakeholder and company needsWorks with all Salesforce administrative capabilities for users, profiles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts to deliver functional needs required through stories and other agile processesConducts unit testing, PVT testing, and deployment activities from one Salesforce environment to another including production deploymentsConducts demos with stakeholders, product owner, and other impacted users for any new, enhanced, or existing capabilities; Creates, updates, and posts functional User Guides for users of new functionalityFor bugs or defects, identify root-cause, design solutions, and implement functionality fixes to be tested, validated, and pushed to production environmentsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyDemonstrate mentoring skills and problem-solving aptitudeStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiencesProficiency in MS (Microsoft Suite) Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge on Agile methodologies and practicesExperience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence platformsDeveloper knowledge level of the product development life cycle3+ years experience with Salesforce flow functionality, user profiles, page layouts, developer console, object creation/updates, SOQL, all Salesforce administrative capabilitiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSalesforce Apex coding knowledgeKnowledge of data analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or PythonAbility to perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUIExperience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
