Regulatory Operations (RegOps) is a key part of our Payment Operations, supporting global regulatory obligations. This complex role involves executing global regulatory reporting and managing changes driven by regulators, product shifts, and other triggers like automation and compliance findings.
As a Payments RegOps Regulatory Engagements Associate, you'll work within a Global & Regional model to centralize the governance and visibility of Regulatory Exams and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Job responsibilities
Document and socialize standards and control framework, including implementation of exam-ready checklistDevelop a platform to track engagements and RFIs, highlighting progress, risks and findingsIntake, triage, orchestrate, track and escalate all regulatory reg engagements and RFIs within a sustainable frameworkPublish guidelines and FAQs, library of previous questions, deck templates and standardized formats, required approvalsAnalyze regulator findings to produce hot-spot reports by region, function and processStreamline re-occurring RFIs received, opportunities for automation and AI/ML, sourcing and templatingPartner with Operations, Product, Technology, Audit, Compliance, Regulators, and other groups to navigate an ever-changing landscape.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Operations experience within a Corporate & Investment BankStrong knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory mattersExperience in delivering strong governance and oversight across business and risk disciplinesAnalytical thinker who is adept at reading across issues and identifying key driversSelf-starter with the ability to manage own workload and deliverablesWell organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasksProven track record of deliveryClear and confident communication across multiple aspects of the organizationEnergetic, self-motivated and effective under pressure - must enjoy the challenge of working within a fast-paced, changing and demanding working environmentBA (or equivalent) degree required.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
