As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to craft complex solutions, partner with Sales to identify and capture market opportunities, and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to customers.
 Job responsibilitiesAdvises the Product Solutions teams on solutioning and adopting new and existing client-facing products and capabilities while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk to enhance the customer experienceLeverages extensive knowledge of a cluster of products and capabilities to manage the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processesPartners with Sales to advise on strategic pricing for deals, contributes to the development of sales training and collateral, and oversees Request for Proposal (RFP) responsesManages the collection of client feedback and oversees the delivery of feedback to Product teamsMeets and exceeds assigned revenue goalsLeads cross functional deal teamsPrepares and delivers presentations with demonstrable ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle Supports pricing and proposal writing process as neededDrives product enhancements by relaying market information to product teamAssist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with clients, sales, segmentation teams, channel partners, and other product owners within the playable and receivable businessContribute to marketing strategy and communication plansRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of productsExtensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processesDemonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needsTravel nationally and globally 50% of year knowledge of technology and digital channel products including host to host, API and mobile channelsSuccess leading client interactionsExtensive product knowledge specific to Commercial CardAnalytical mindset with an ability to understand complex technical details Understanding of payment card network and transaction processing
