Payments-Product Delivery Manager-Vice President

Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation. As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Digital and Design, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
 Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Drive delivery of strategic imperatives within the Digital Product group, as well as keeping senior stakeholders informed on what’s going on within the businessPartner with the Product team to define well scoped initiatives with robust business cases and KPIs to track impactShape and keep stakeholders informed of priorities and progress, driving cross-functional alignment towards the prioritiesSteer executive meetings, agenda and materials, providing management insights, analyses and updates to drive strategic decisions, risk / issue escalations and resolutionPartner closely with cross-functional leaders across the CIB to align on roadmap prioritization and technology approachPartner with Go-to-Market and Product Marketing teams to drive adoption and usage of productsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Expertise in JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordStrong verbal and written communications skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsPrevious consulting or business management experience preferred
