As a Payments Operations Efficiency Manager within the Cash Operations Team, you will be responsible for promoting client education to increase Straight Through Processing (STP) rates. Your role will also involve promoting process improvements and optimizing transaction formatting. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance client experience and contributing to strategic initiatives will also be a key part of your role.
Job responsibilities:
Educates clients to improve STP rates, focusing on high-volume repairs. Enhances client experience through partnerships and process improvements. Leads STP optimization initiatives to reduce payment and credit repairs. Engages with counterparties to improve STP rates. Provides expert advice on payment processes. Builds networks with stakeholders within Payment Operations and partner functions. Communicates effectively, adapting to different audiences. Supports strategic improvement deliverables. Contributes to operations improvement agendas. Assists in incident management as needed. Drives risk, controls, and innovation agendas.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
