As a Business Manager & PMO Vice President in the Cash Operations Transformation team, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational processes for over 9,000 people in Payment Operations. You will partner with the head of Cash Operations Transformation to drive key strategic initiatives, support process improvements, and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives impacting Global Cash Operations. Your role is crucial in advising senior management and coordinating resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Job responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to optimize and enhance the Cash Operations Transformation team.Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.Analyze financial performance and drive productivity initiatives.Represent the business in cross-functional working groups and leadership forums.Lead the People Agenda for Cash Operations Transformation.Establish and run a change governance forum.Create roadmaps for change delivery impacting Global Cash Operations.Develop and disseminate change guidelines and frameworks.Identify and adopt best-in-class tools for change management.
