As a Senior Product Associate in our Agile Product Owners team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
 Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Works with Product Management, Technology, and F&BM to plan for Global Clearing sponsored work and maintain a 6Q roadmap, including partnering with technology to identify and coordinate with cross-impacted platformsManages demand for owned platforms and product areas, negotiating with stakeholders for support and planning funding for non-owned platforms.Supports Product Manager’s execution of risk assessment (PSCM) and business approvalsProvides expertise for Non-Clearing owned programs with cross-impact to our domain; answer inquiries from Product Manager regarding feature functionality and methodology for current capabilitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExceptional abilities to create relationships with partners and stakeholders to influence cross-functional teamsAdvanced  written and verbal communication skills in conveying complex processes and why they are necessaryAbility to learn new products and processes, analyze for improvement, and carry out evidence-based actions to implement improvements; advanced problem-solving skillsSolid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience working with software development and web technologiesProactive and takes ownership of initiatives from the start and sees through to completionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsUnderstanding of global payments and ISO 20022 standardsAbility to work on projects that shape critical market infrastructureFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and methodologiesStrong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvementExperience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborationAbility to influence change management and guide the development of global features
