Payments - Escrow Middle Office Client Service Representative – Associate

As a Client Service Account Manager in the EMEA Escrow Middle Office team you will manage your own portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the transaction.  You will be responsible for delivering best in class service and strive to achieve 100% client satisfaction by building deep and meaningful relationships with key contacts within a client’s organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client requests in a timely matter, offering proactive solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationshipsManage all aspects of assigned portfolio from account set up, ongoing maintenance, invoicing and terminationEnsure that all account and payment activities are in compliance with relevant governing documents and JPMorgan policies and proceduresPromote use of self-service tools to reduce number of Client enquiriesPartner with Sales and Product teams in seeking new business opportunities and enhancing current product offeringAssist teammates in daily operations and provide back-up support during absencesDevelop strong working relationships with functional partners within JPMorgan

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Previous experience in financial servicesTeam player, and dedication to customer satisfactionStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills / attention to detailExcellent PC skills including Word and Excel

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Previous experience in financial services, preferably in Escrow, custody or corporate trust Knowledge of payment formatting and payment flows advantageous
