As a Digital Market Enablement Product Manager in Payments' Digital & Design, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilitiesChampion the voice of the customer across Digital, observing and analyzing market signals to ensure products address client challenges and deliver measurable value by active engagement with sales, service, research, product and clientsManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapTranslates use cases, quantitative findings and problem statements into actionable insights and compelling narratives influencing the design and development of digital solutions Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersCommunicate client needs, use cases, and product-market fit clearly and persuasively through documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement with tailored messaging creating alignment Partner with client-facing teams to amplify key initiatives across the digital organization, increasing awareness, engagement and alignment Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionEngage in go-to-market readiness and launch activities, equipping client teams with the tools and insights they need with compelling content clearly articulating product valueBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityWorks directly with clients through pilot programs, feedback sessions, and ongoing relationship management and by doing so creates compelling content for both clients and internal teams, clearly articulating product value, use cases and competitive advantagesServes as a digital subject matter expert and support client escalations to feed the Voice of the Customer process and material effectiveness Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaCritical thinker and consultative problem solver with a strong bias for action, balancing intellectual curiosity, client empathy and executional rigorAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsAbility to understand the client experience and translate it from concept to launch with flexibility to shift effectively between strategic vision and tactical executionProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementRelationship builder skilled at aligning stakeholders who fosters collaboration with a "one team" mentality in complex organizations Positive, self-starter with strong management presence and confidence in engaging with multiple groups at various organizational levelsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBA/BS in Management Strategy, Finance, Communications, MBA or related graduate degree 3+ years professional experience in a bank or other financial insinuations, consulting firms and/or software companies 2+ years experience working with Payments Sales, Product and Marketing leadersDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
