As a Product Delivery Manager in the Strategic Execution team within Payments Business Transformation, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The projects you will be engaged in, are strategically important to the Payments organization and may be across products, LOBs and global. Projects may include business expansion, drive efficiency through process and control enhancements, and client experience improvements. You will be encouraged to apply automation and innovative technologies to addressing challenges, as well as contribute to and advising on new product development.
Job responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk and control standards, and ensuring regulatory complianceEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersParticipates in a range of strategic and tactical initiatives that support improved client experience and business executionSupports global business development opportunities such as new markets, new product rollout, new deals, issue resolution, cross functional productivity Develops close and influencing relationships with product, sales, service, implementations, infrastructure/support groups and JPMorgan business partnersExecutes quantitative analyses to identity key themes and insights, including ability to source relevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models / outputsDevelops executive level presentations to convey key pointsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Strong project and process management skillsAbility to develop strong partnerships across business lines, cultures and various functionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsData management skillsBachelor’s degreePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsExperience in wholesale banking with understanding of the TS/wholesale payments business and productsGraduate degree in a relevant field
