Payments and Cash Operations - Manager

As a Cash Operations Associate in Asset & Wealth Management, you will manage day-to-day cash movements for Private Bank clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve payment issues and support process improvements. In this role, you will operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, leveraging technology and teamwork to deliver outstanding client experiences. You will have opportunities to develop technical and leadership skills while promoting a culture of inclusion and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and process incoming and outgoing cash transactions for Private Bank clientsInvestigate payment issues, handle fund returns and amendments, and ensure regulatory compliance for EU and AsiaSupport process optimization by managing error reports and leveraging AI/ML technologiesAssist in meeting market and currency deadlines, handling exceptions and escalationsParticipate in training programs to develop technical and leadership competenciesPromote a collaborative and inclusive work environmentCollaborate with Client Services, Bankers, Treasury Services, and other Operations teamsSupport transformation initiatives and work with global teamsAssist in effective communication and influence across teamsOperate effectively in a high-volume, rapid-paced, deadline-oriented environmentProactively manage escalations, promote process improvement, share best practices, and support risk management

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldFive years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or Investment/Wealth Management operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlinesDemonstrated experience in following operational procedures for accuracy and timelinessWillingness to work in US, Asia, and EMEA shiftsExperience in documenting processes and identifying areas for control enhancementStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with Operations Leaders and key partnersConsultative approach with understanding of business partner needs

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

MBA or other postgraduate degreeSix years of experience in Financial Services or related operationsKnowledge of automation tools and AI/ML technologiesExperience in process transformation and operational excellence initiativesSubject matter expertise in exception handling and process improvementFlexibility and adaptability to changing environmentsExperience in training and developing team members
