As a Product Manager in Network Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.  Job responsibilitiesPerform analysis on provider & network capabilities and assist in formulating recommendations on global partners based on both long and short-term business objective, in partnership with regional Product and Network Management colleaguesTrack and close business-related items as part of initial and ongoing network reviews Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityResearch, understand and apply market trends, payments innovation and evolving end-user needs in maintaining and supporting network strategy for the business Assist in preparation of Product materials on network management forums and provide stand-in representation when requiredRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaExperience in a Payments Product, Business Risk, Payments Risk Consulting or Operations Roles with Global and Cross-Border payments experience Knowledge of Correspondent Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure and cross-border payments Clearing mechanismAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementUnderstanding of the regulatory environment faced by the business Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPrior experience with initiatives/ projects to resolve diverse problem-solving challengesA track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative and achieving challenging goals Creative thinking and problem solving with internal and external partners Outstanding presentation, communication & project management skills skillsBachelors degree or relevant experience required
