As a Payment Operations Transactions Analyst within the Payment Operations team in Thailand, you will work closely with local and regional partners to execute and deliver payment solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for processing payments across a range of products, including high-value, low-value, and cheque processing. You will also participate in projects with local and regional teams. In this team-based, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, you will thrive as a motivated individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Job responsibilities:
Check and ensure that all payment transactions are processed in a complete and accurate manner Coordinate with the various regional support teams to complete processing requestsInvestigate and respond to query/cases regarding to day to day operationsEnsure transactions are processed according to local regulations, as well as internal control guidelinesWork in close partnership with business units including Sales, Bankers, and Client Services Representatives Develop Intelligent Automation Solution to improve team processesPerform administrative tasks of preparing and verifying documents for both internal and external partiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 1 year of working experience Good command of written and spoken English and Thai languages as the role requires attending meetings conducted in English and Thai, and clearing of local documentations in Thai Ability to work under time pressurePresentation skills Issue Resolution skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent
