As a Payments Lifecycle Manager within our Payments Operations team, you will be responsible for inputting remittance data from various customers into processing platforms. You will lead a team of 14-15 FTEs, ensuring adherence to customer instructions related to ACH investigations and meeting productivity and quality standards. Your role will involve performance management, stakeholder engagement, and making judgment calls in routine duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 14-15 full-time employees. Execute customer instructions related to ACH investigations with precision. Meet or exceed KPI and KRI targets for productivity and quality. Contribute to achieving team goals and objectives. Oversee performance management to ensure optimal team output. Engage in effective stakeholder management. Make judgment calls regarding routine duties.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Proficient in English (written and spoken). Strong leadership capabilities. Well-versed in ACH processing or ACH investigations. Customer-focused to enhance customer experience. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals. Familiarity with NACHA rule book and basic NACHA rules. Competency in basic computer functions. Bachelor's degree. Willingness to work night shifts and onsite. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
