Payment Lifecycle Associate II - Treasury Services Billing Operations

Demonstrates business acumen and is knowledgeable about policies, trends, and information affecting the organization.  Coordinating across multiple applications within the release for certain aspects of the project such as testing calendar, reporting, and implementation.  Provide thought leadership and direction across the team.

As a Payment Lifecycle Associate II within Commercial and Investment Bank, you will be responsible for the daily operations within Treasury Services Billing.  This includes intake, set-up and maintenance, quality control, research, data feed management, and some project management.  

Job Responsibilities: 

Take ownership and effectively collaborate with peers across locations on team's deliverables Understand Operational controls and ensure adherence by stakeholders Perform Billing set-up and maintenance for clients on the strategic Billing platform Perform quality review of set-ups / maintenance to ensure accuracy Review billing activity from product feeds for accuracy and process adjustments as needed Research and respond to inquiries, manage billing projects as assigned Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and review / update as required and ensure compliance with operational procedures and processes Partner with Billing Product Owners, Billing Technology, and stakeholders on strategic planning, client issues, and process improvements Own management reporting, start / end of day checks; assess risks impacting operations and manage to closure Manage design, testing, and project plans for all new automation efforts and process improvement initiatives Report, document and manage to closure any internal or external errors and associated impact analysis along with remedial actions

Strong communication skills Strong collaboration skills: share information and effectively communicate with team members, management and partners in Sales, Service, Product and Technology Flexible, quickly adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing priorities to achieve the most effective results Able to operate independently, follow tight deadlines, and work within a matrix management environment Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Proficient level knowledge of process flow creation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Signavio Basic knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Solutions: UI Path and/or Alteryx

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Minimum 5 years of JPMorgan Chase work experience  Formal accreditation in Project Management method (PMP)  Treasury Services (TS) / Banking experience a plus; TS Payments Billing experience  Broad experience in an Operational, Technology or Business Project Manager role preferred
