As a Cost and Commissions (CCS) Payment Controls Manager within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of risk and controls to uncover patterns, identify trends, and generate innovative solutions.
CCS offers innovative solutions and services to various LOBs across multiple asset classes and geographies. The unit maintains relationships with hundreds of clients worldwide. In addition to this, J.P. Morgan is an industry leader in providing clearing, custody, operations, and technology and order execution capabilities to broker dealers worldwide.
CCS cost payables Group is responsible for invoice management, validation/reconciliation, and allocation of charge to various LOB, Cost Centers, timely payment, NOSTRO Clearance, and MIS Reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry, comprised of 10+ years’ experience in any of the following: Banking or Financial Services, Project Management, Compliance, general and/or risk-based compliance or audit.Previous analytical experience.Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to influence and drive change.Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Proven communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and partnersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Must obtain Series 99 within the first 120 days

Demonstrated knowledge/background in internal control principles.Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to assess and drive process improvement.Ability to synthesize data quickly and communicate analysis succinctly and professionally.Advanced proficiency in implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.Capability to leverage artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover business trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
*The primary work location will be 270 Park Avenue. However, candidate must be flexible and willing to work temporarily at other locations, including; 575 Washington Boulevard in Jersey City or 383 Madison Avenue, NY as needed.
