Reports to: Terminal Manager\n

Status: Non-Exempt\n

POSITION SUMMARY\n

Responsible for: Driver pay\n

Deductions from driver pay (keeping accurate records of such)\n

Logs & Driver Compliance\n

Keeping drivers files up to date\n

Collecting money on back hauls\n

Ensuring all paperwork for trips are turned in (includes fuel tax sheets, logs, etc)\n

KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS\n

Safety and Compliance\n\nMaintain current knowledge of industry specific certification, compliance and regulatory requirements\nKnowledge of Canadian DOT regulations where applicable\n\n

 \n

Education and Experience\n\n2 4 years of experience transportation beneficial\n\n

 \n

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nKnowledge of transportation industry and regulations\nAnalytical ability\nCritical thinking for independent decisions and problem solving\nBasic math computational skills\nWritten, verbal and interpersonal communication\nPlanning, organizing and time management\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation software\nCustomer service acumen\n\n
