Compensation/Benefits:New hires for this position typically start between $17.30 and $21.28 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.Retirement plan: Pioneer contributes 3.5% of an employees' annual compensation into retirement plans. What you’ll do
Under the administrative supervision of the Social Services Supervisor and in accordance with program policy, goals, and purposes, the Patient Services Technician is responsible for assisting the outpatient treatment program, primarily in data entry and all Urine Analysis collection. The Patient Services Technician is responsible for suggesting and recommending changes in program policy and procedure. The Patient Services Technician is responsible for providing high quality services under the least restrictive conditions feasible. High school diploma or equivalent Two years’ acceptable office experienceWord processing, spreadsheet and database experience necessaryMust be flexible enough to respond to shifting priorities and to take direction from program administrative staff members
Preferably you’ll bring
One-year acceptable experience in the human services field Course work, experience, or training in human development, chemical dependency, group dynamics, residential treatment or related disciplinesExperience with Urine analysis collection and monitoring preferred
