Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated Patient Service Representative to join our client's fast‑paced team. As the Patient Service Representative, you will keep the office running smoothly while delivering excellent support to patients and providers. Responsibilities: + Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure accurate patient information. + Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments for patients and physicians. + Operate office equipment efficiently, including scanners, fax machines, and computers. + Verify and explain insurance benefits to patients, addressing any questions or concerns. + Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies. + Assist with general office tasks to support the daily functions of the medical team. + Monitor and manage patient scheduling to maintain an organized workflow. + Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while handling sensitive information. Requirements The ideal Patient Service Representative candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
