Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of clerical duties that provide support to nursing staff, physicians and other members of the health care team in the Emergency Department. Performs all patient registration processes in a thorough, accurate and timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience by exhibiting a positive attitude, having a perceived pleasant and tactful style, and by providing assistance willingly to all patients, families and coworkers. REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than 1 year of experience. Knowledge of basic computer skills, standard office equipment and medical terminology.Additional Information
