Job Description

Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who loves helping people? As a Patient Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit—from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. You’ll be a key player in making sure everything runs like clockwork in the front desk area while keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a knack for managing schedules, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish.Manage Patient Flow: Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins.Accurate Record Keeping: Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone.Communication Pro: Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and our organization’s Discount Policy with clarity.Be the Scheduling Guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it’s effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience.

What You Need to Bring:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, where you’ve honed your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Communication Skills: You’ve got excellent verbal communication skills, and you’re also great with written communication—whether it’s talking to patients or exchanging information with other staff.Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems.Detail-Oriented: You’ll be the expert in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is verified correctly.
