Monitors and assures that all functions are completed in an accurate, efficient, and customer friendly manner. Is able to make decisions independently and is able to perform tasks independently. Is proficient at proper telephone communication, use of Flowcast and eRecord systems and is a resource to new staff. Works collaboratively with the Practice Manager to assist in training new/existing employees, resolution of billing issues, maintains schedules and department statistics for Highland Women’s Health and HH Perinatal Center. **Salary Range:** $19.63-$26.50 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
