The Role:

As a Patient Journey Specialist (Key Account Manager and/or Product Manager), you will partner closely with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to gain a deep understanding of the patient journey. You will connect Roche’s diverse capabilities to co-create solutions that address unmet needs, while managing product-related strategies and implementations to ensure our innovations reach the patients who need them most.

What you will work on:

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

External Partnership: Collaborate with healthcare partners to gather actionable insights that enhance patient outcomes and communicate these needs effectively back into the organization.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for the medical community, ensuring the concerns of patients and stakeholders are shared with internal teams to secure necessary resources.

Roadblock Resolution: Identify and address obstacles within the patient journey to create a more seamless experience for patients and their communities.

Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing Roche’s product lifecycle and drive sales per Disease Area (DA) by monitoring patient enrollment and duration of treatment.

Omnichannel Engagement: Utilize digital and omnichannel strategies to provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) with accurate, balanced, and timely information about Roche products.

Launch Readiness: Lead or support new product launch activities, ensuring the market is ready for innovative new therapies.

Co-creation of Solutions: Adopt a systems-thinking approach to identify shared goals with stakeholders and co-develop solutions that optimize the patient journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Enablers, Digital leads, and local networks to pull in the resources required to seize new market opportunities.

Scientific Event Management: Plan and implement high-impact local and international scientific events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Market Access & Affordability: Work alongside access teams to ensure product enlistment, funding, and affordability within the local market.

Who you are:

Experienced Sales Professional: You bring a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or product management, preferably within Specialty areas like Oncology, Neuroscience, or Hematology.

Field-Based Expert: You have extensive experience in field-based sales with other pharmaceutical companies, demonstrating an ability to drive market share and deliver positive ROI.

Scientifically Grounded: You hold a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is highly regarded.

Strategic Navigator: You possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with an enterprise mindset that allows you to work effectively across a complex network.

Customer-Centric Partner: You excel at building and maintaining professional relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Influential Communicator: You have excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, with the capacity to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Agile & Digital-Ready: You are proficient in CRM software and have a practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies to drive modern healthcare engagement.

This role may require domestic travel and is open to candidates that have full eligibility to live and work in Bangladesh.
