The Position

This job role is at the center of the new Roche organization, turning upside down the role we play in society - from mostly offering world-class medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and leading generative disruption. The role suits someone who embraces accountabilities of an empowered leader, will be the local face of Roche and it does not fit into the traditional concepts of Commercial/Sales or Medical Affairs. 

The therapeutic area of focus is Ophthalmology.

Travel expected: 50-70% average within Lithuania.

The Opportunity

You act as a trusted partner and as the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; share the patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritize and secure resources, and drive solutions that deliver outcomes faster

You investigate the roadblocks and co-create solutions with the ecosystem stakeholders that unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community

Steward Roche’s products through their lifecycle, leading the end-to-end strategic planning process  from executing comprehensive launch plans for new products to managing annual marketing cycles and life-cycle recommendations for the existing portfolio

Support Roche’s products appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in a truthful and balanced manner by establishing and maintaining a robust territory management system to monitor key accounts and optimize the continuous engagement with key stakeholders

You are empowered to pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, including other patient journey partners

Ensure great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services

Who You Are

University degree in Life Sciences and/or economic and/or business (an advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is an advantage)

Deep understanding of a patient on his/her treatment journey within therapeutical area including engagements at the specialist level

Understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including collaborating with Therapeutical Area Experts

Experience leading Cross-functional team and stepping in into facilitator’s role during projects

Experience in formulating cross-functional strategies

Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence

Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired

Deep experience in agile ways of working is desired

Lithuanian and English language fluency (written and spoken)

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding partnering capabilities (coaching, consulting, ability to deeply listen, question and understand)

Boldly acts on key decisions and opportunities and boldly stops any activity that is not adding value;
Ability to say “No” to stakeholders when the values is not predictable/foreseen
 

Salary starts from 5400 EUR gross/month. Final salary depends on the level of skills, experience and qualifications.
