Patient Data Support Specialist

Job Description
One of our large Life Sciences clients is seeking a patient data support specialist for a 6+ month rolling contract. This role will support the delivery of this company's services by reviewing daily consents and schedules, ensuring accurate accessions and smooth coordination of patient care. They will document all outreach & interactions, manage and escalate client issues as needed, and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. The PDSS ensures data accuracy, updates patient records, manages consents when required, verifies documentation alignment, and monitors the CRM to resolve new cases promptly.

-3+ years' experience with Customer Service
-Strong experience with Microsoft Suite
-CRM experience
-HS Degree or higher -Microsoft Dynamics experience
