Essential Job Function:

Assisting patients with activities of daily living Obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights Assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities Performing post mortem care Measuring and recording I & O Performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring Observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN Maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned
