**JOB SUMMARY** The PD Patient Care Specialist at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for promoting and managing the company's products and services to medical professionals and patients. This role is to build and maintain close relationships with patients, and to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. **KEY RESPOSIBILITIES** **Patient Care and Business Development:** + Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers. **Customer Relationship Management:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. + Provide ongoing support and education to customers regarding product usage and benefits. + Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. **Market Analysis and Reporting:** + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. + Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. **Collaboration and Communication:** + Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. + Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required. **JOB QUALIFICATION** + Bachelor’s degree or above + Preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device related industry. + Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Experience with dialysis products and services. + More than 3 years of proven sales experience in general & university hospitals. + Fluency in both Korean and English. + Alignment with Fresenius Medical Care's core values of ‘We Care’, ‘We Connect’ and ‘We Commit. + Commitment to improving patient care and supporting the healthcare community.
