Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage patient care services, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Coordinate and supervise the delivery of high-quality home health services, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals. Develop individualized patient care plans and continuously monitor their effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and address any concerns. Qualifications: Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing. One year experience as a registered nurse, preferred. Proven experience in a home health setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
