These role play a key part in shaping patient activation strategies across Colombia, Argentina, Chile, as well as Central America & Caribbean (CAC) and the South America Cluster (SAM).This role ensure tailored marketing initiatives align with regional needs, fostering patient engagement and promoting Novo Nordisk’s offerings effectively within these diverse geographic areas.

Your new role
In this role, you will:

Develop and execute patient activation strategies to increase awareness and engagement with Novo Nordisk products and services. Drive consumer focused initiatives together with various partners – pharmacy chains. E-health partners and alike Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and market access, to enhance patient engagement efforts. Analyse market trends and patient behaviours to inform and tailor activation initiatives. Create and manage promotional materials for patient-focused campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Measure and optimise the effectiveness of patient activation programmes using key performance indicators (KPIs). Represent Novo Nordisk in regional stakeholder engagements, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and external agencies.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in consumer enagegement Between 10 years of experience in commercial marketing, patient engagement, or consumer activation field Proven track record in developing and implementing consumer focused campaigns with strong outcomes achieved. High level of stakeholder management, influence and experience as a people manager, direct or indirect. Ability to inspire the organisation to create a consumer focus approach in patients activation initiatives. Fluent English and Spanish
