DescriptionThis Role will be responsible for overseeing the pastry operations across our award winning dining venues and ensuring every creations is a masterpiece of flavor and presentation
Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of Pastry Chef is executed satisfactorily when:\nOrganize and manage daily kitchen operation, prepare budgets, verify payrolls, dishing costs and organize food storage.\nEnsure the Pastry in the whole hotel provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins hence maximizing guest satisfaction and profitable efficiency.\nAssist in preparing and implementing menus and specialty dishes for all outlets.\nEstablish and maintain effective employee working relationships.\nIs familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.\nImplement and practice HACCP.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nIndonesian citizen, ideally with Culinary education certificate or equivalent is beneficial\nExperience in a similar role\nAbility to work and communicate in a multinational environment\nKnowledgeable of food safety regulations\nAbility to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times\n
