Facilitates chapel services. Responds to all codes and crisis calls. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Visits patients, families and staff. Prepares daily census sheets for the department. + Prepares for chapel services. + Coordinates all sacramental/liturgical ministry within the hospital and documents what is necessary. + Refers patients, families, and staff to priests and ministers, as needed. + Sends sympathy cards to families of deceased patients. + Participates in and plans for memorial services. + Responds to all codes. + Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. + Performs other duties as assigned.
