Job Summary

The Parts Procurement Clerk shall be responsible for the research, ordering, receipt, and inventory of parts for the continued and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant’s equipment, systems, and machines.

Essential Functions

•\tParts research, pricing, and availability for inventory replenishment or need.

•\tEstablish/maintain accounts and positive vendor relations.

•\tOrdering, receiving, storage, labeling, and organizing parts inventories.

•\tProcessing of electronic purchase orders: submission, recording, etc.

•\tResponsible for working with a minimum amount of supervision in all key areas.

•\tResponsible for reporting daily work orders and activity reports.

•\tDetermine parts dispositions as needed.

•\tResponsible for all work being done in a timely fashion and done properly.

•\tFollow all safety and working rules.

•\tMust have the ability to get along with co-workers, management personnel, customers, vendors, and employees in accordance with the company policies and working rules while ensuring a harmonious and conducive work environment.

•\tMaintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment.

•\tExcellent regular full-time attendance in support of company objectives.

•\tUse initiative and judgment in making decisions, keeping with companies best interests.

•\tPerform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
