**Job Title: Parts Inventory Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Associate to join our team. This entry-intermediate position is ideal for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and has strong organizational skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory and provide exceptional customer service. **SHIFT:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7AM-3:30PM **Responsibilities** + Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records. + Locate available parts when out of stock, ensuring timely fulfillment. + Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. + Assist the Purchasing Manager in maintaining appropriate parts inventory levels. + Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer when necessary, completing all required record keeping. + Refer to parts manuals in both hard copy and electronic formats to identify the correct parts for various tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in inventory management and data entry. + Strong skills in order entry and Microsoft Excel. + Knowledge of parts distribution, cycle counts, and logistics. + Ability to effectively control inventory. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. **Why Work Here?** This position offers stability and room for growth within the company. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, providing a balanced work schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cinnaminson, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
