**Inspector $18/hr -- Direct Hire** Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The role involves inspecting small aerospace and medical parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications. You will use advanced tools to detect defects and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities + Visually inspect small aerospace and medical parts for quality assurance. + Utilize microscopes and magnifying glasses to identify defects. + Clean, inspect, and package finished parts according to specifications. + Follow and interpret drawings and instructions per customer requirements. + Perform monotonous, repetitive tasks with precision each day. Essential Skills + 1+ years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment. + Machine operation and mechanical skills. + Proficiency in inspection machines and visual inspection techniques. + Ability to follow directions and retain information. + Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. + Effective communication skills at all levels. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with assembly, wiring, and hand tools. + Blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with production line processes. + Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. + SAP knowledge and data entry skills.
