Hiring 1st Shift Parts Counter in Bridgeton, NJ!

We are seeking a motivated Parts Counter Attendant to join a growing manufacturing company. As a Parts Counter Attendant, your primary responsibility is to manage the receipt and organization of supplies and parts, ensuring accuracy of shipments and maintaining inventory levels. You will be instrumental in keeping the storeroom and tool storage areas organized and efficient.

WEEKLY PAY!

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $17-19 an hour (based on experience)

Description:

Receive supplies and parts, checking packing slips and other receiving documents for accuracy.Maintain parts inventory levels and organization in the storeroom.Familiarize with parts specific to operations and maintain company tools.Keep storeroom neat and clean, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.Store articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information.Issue shop tools and maintain them in good working condition.Fill orders or issue supplies from stock.Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles.Distribute stock among production workers and document the material issued.

Qualifications/Skills:

1-2 years of experience in inventory control, data entry, storeroom, or other related fields.High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Familiarity with CMMS (Manager Plus), Excel, and Word.Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
