Job Title: Parts Coordinator\n

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt\n

Summary Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts, may need to drive parts to homes that are scheduled for service\n
\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n
\n\nReview each service order for correct parts.\nGather parts needed for service work order.\nTrack and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.\nFile completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.\nMust be able to drive parts where needed including over night trips out of state\n\n
\n

Qualifications \n\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nManufactured housing industry experience desired\nHigh School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.\nMust pass a pre-employment drug screen.\nMust provide 3 years of driving records\n\n
\n
