🛠️ Parts Coordinator – Inventory & Order Management

Location: Ashland, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $16/hr (Weekly Pay!)
Schedule: 40 hours/week

2. Key Responsibilities

Source and manage parts inventory for repair operations

Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain supplier relationships

Place and track orders with multiple vendors and manufacturers

Communicate daily status updates to the Service team

Verify receipts, manage returns, and resolve discrepancies promptly

Maintain organized inventory and support technicians with part needs

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

2+ years in administrative, inventory, or customer service roles

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order tracking systems)

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in parts coordination or service department support

Familiarity with inventory/order management software

Knowledge of mechanical or industrial parts
