Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do** • Identify and source parts needed for repairs • Provide accurate cost estimates to the Service team • Place and track orders with multiple suppliers and manufacturers • Communicate daily status updates to the Service team • Verify receipts, manage returns, and resolve order issues • Maintain organized inventory and support technicians with part needs **3. Required Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have** • 2+ years of experience in administrative, inventory, or customer service roles • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order tracking systems) **Nice-to-Have** • Experience in parts coordination or service department support • Familiarity with inventory/order management software • Knowledge of mechanical or industrial parts **4.
