Parts Coordinator
Job Title: Parts CoordinatorJob Description

The Parts Coordinator will work with the maintenance team and is responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts required for operations or customer service. This role ensures that parts are available when needed, maintains accurate records, and supports both internal teams and external clients. Additionally, you will assist in implementing a new CMS software by entering inventory and part numbers into it.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies.Process orders, backorders, and returns efficiently.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.Respond to inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and substitutions.Support maintenance departments with parts-related needs.Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and data entry.
Essential SkillsPrior data entry experience.Prior inventory experience.Experience with parts and parts numbers.
Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree would be advantageous.
Work Environment

This position is onsite, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. There is an opportunity for career advancement into a supply chain role, where you can engage in purchasing and buying products/materials. Performance-based pay increases are also possible.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
