Parts Associate
**Job Title: Parts Associate** **Responsibilities** + Fulfill parts orders received through the Customer Service Department. + Handle parts order requests via telephone, email, or in-person. + Receive and ensure all replacement parts are delivered as ordered. + Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts pricing and availability. + Provide excellent customer service for the Graco repair facility. + Complete basic setup for new equipment when necessary. + Ensure that inventory control practices are followed. + Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of inventory management experience. + Strong attention to detail. + Mechanically inclined. + Experience interacting with customers and handling order intake. + Proficiency in customer service and engine repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multi-task. + Basic math skills. + Mechanical aptitude is desired. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement. The position operates on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.15 - $25.15/hr.
