The Partnership Field Team Agent- West Coast position is core to the partnership at the store level. The position is located in the field, responsible to influence Store, and in some cases District leadership to drive tender shift and in-store execution in order to accomplish/exceed credit goals through. This will be done through building relationships, executing training, and overall education on the benefits of our products. Position will maintain these relationships through effective communication, attending store & district meetings, providing value added tools and insights, and ensure district/regional/national strategies are effectively rolled out to stores.
