Research and Outreach:

Identify and engage potential partners within the industry.

Conduct outreach to initiate contact and build relationships with potential partners.

Develop and present partnership proposals and presentations.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.

Provide ongoing support to partners to foster long-term, collaborative partnerships.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance the organization’s partner network.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader business strategies.

Manage and oversee partnership projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.

Market Analysis and Insights:

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to partnership activities.

Administrative and Operational Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership activities, including documentation and databases.

Support the Partner Development team in managing tools and platforms (e.g., SuperUser, Salesforce).

Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

Track and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Provide recommendations for enhancing partnership strategies and achieving better outcomes.

Ad-Hoc Projects:

Undertake additional projects and tasks as required to support the Partner Development team and organizational goals.
